Following last weekend' Golden Globes ceremony, fans have been reacting to what they felt was Leonard DiCaprio's "real personality".
This comes following an off air moment from the ceremony, which has since gone viral on social media, showing DiCaprio appearing to be roasted by host Nikki Glaser over his dating history. However, it was a clip from during the ad break which is what most fans were left talking about.
DiCaprio, who attended the ceremony after being nominated for his performance in action comedy, One Battle After Another, was suspected to have been speaking to his co star Chase Infiniti after Netflix film, KPop Demon Hunters won two awards for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for 'Golden'.
“I was watching you with the K-pop thing,” he could be seen telling Infiniti, who is a huge K-pop fan, mimicking her by pouting and flicking his hair. He added: “You were like, ‘Who’s that? Is it... Oh, K-pop!’”.
DiCaprio was also the subject of mockery by Glaser, but people were suggesting that this clip could give us an insight into what DiCaprio is like behind closed doors.
One fan suggested that his professional persona “has been the real performance all along”, with one commenting: “This practically counts as a new Leo performance, sorry I don’t make the rules".
“Insane seeing his personality IRL,” one person wrote, with another remarked: “He has so much personality offscreen".
Other fans suggested that DiCaprio was also talking to his friend, Jennifer Lawrence, who co starred along him in 2019's Don't Look Up.
Prior to this, Glaser had said of DiCaprio: “What a career you've had: countless iconic performances, you've worked with every great director, you've won three Golden Globes, an Oscar, and the most impressive thing is you were able to accomplish all of that before your girlfriend turned 30".
DiCaprio's dating history has included Danish model Nina Agdal, who was 25 at the time, The Night Manager star Camila Morrone who was 20. He is currently dating 27 year old Italian model, Vittoria Ceretti.
