Last month, U2 also produced a live performance at the place where it all started, Mount Temple Comprehensive School in Dublin, surprised staff and students alike.
This surprise impromtu gig took place exactly 50 years to the day that Larry Mullen Jr placed a handwritten note, which said: 'Drummer Seeks Musicians To Form Band' on the noticeboard of the Northside Dublin School in September 1976.
